I was wondering... If the entry has no star ratings by members, what will happen with those 10%?

well Ana, There will be a week of voting where all of the entries will be on the homepage and there will be banners and messages to get people to vote for all the entries..
I'm thinking I wouldn't worry about it...I'm aware of the voting situation and we might use it more as a tie breaker..
But the judges will do most of the pickin'!
We'll have to play it by ear 'till the site is more active in the voting department!!!
